1. Using this website

These terms apply when you use pushbites.com, join early access, or use a PushBites app that links to them. By using those services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

APPGEN LTD, company 14330097, at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, operates PushBites.

2. Early-access communications

Joining the list requests occasional development updates, beta invitations, and the release announcement. You must provide an address you are entitled to use, choose the consent control, and complete email confirmation. A list place does not guarantee an invitation, release date, or continued access. You can unsubscribe at any time.

3. App availability and changes

PushBites is preparing for early access. Features, content, supported devices, and availability may change as the product develops. We may pause or change a feature for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse PushBites, interfere with its operation, bypass security or rate limits, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, scrape or copy the service at scale, or use it in a way that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

APPGEN LTD and its licensors retain rights in PushBites software, visual design, branding, lessons, and site content. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for learning. They do not transfer ownership or permit commercial reuse, redistribution, or creation of a competing dataset.

You retain rights in feedback you send, but you give us permission to use it without restriction or payment to improve PushBites, provided we handle related personal data under the Privacy Notice.

6. No purchase at free-only launch

PushBites launches free-only. This website offers no purchase, paid subscription, or price. If paid features are introduced later, the applicable price, billing terms, and any additional consumer information will be shown before a purchase.

7. Disclaimers

PushBites provides educational practice, not professional translation, immigration, legal, medical, or other specialist advice. Language content can contain errors or may not fit every regional or social context. Verify important wording with an appropriate qualified or native source.

To the extent law permits, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that mandatory law does not allow us to exclude.

8. Liability and mandatory law

Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, APPGEN LTD is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from reliance on educational content where that exclusion is lawful.

If you are a consumer, your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Any limitation in these terms applies only to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using PushBites at any time and withdraw early-access consent through an unsubscribe link. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, legal compliance, or discontinuation. Provisions intended to survive, including ownership, disclaimers, and lawful liability limits, continue after termination.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have jurisdiction, but if you are a consumer elsewhere, mandatory local rights and any jurisdiction you cannot lawfully waive still apply.
